This asks me what is the least amount of creative work that I can do in one day and still feel like a person. My bare minimum is admittedly a little more than what he describes. I have to get out of bed and take Bonnie (my dog) on at least two walks for 15 minutes each. I also need to do all the work that is due for that day, attend my classes, and take a nap. This is my bare minimum!
