AI6YR Ben<p>Second beehive split of the season. Moved three very full frames of brood to a tiny (softball sized) swarm, shook a bunch of bees from supers into that box, all separated by a piece of newspaper coated with sugar water and lemongrass. In theory, the new bees will be stuck behind the newspaper for a day or two until they bite their way through (poked a few holes in there to help them), and as they go through the paper they'll will be coated with lemongrass so they'll all be confused about invasions and who is who and whatnot.
