Dennis Wilkinson<p>The wind today meant no owl or harrier activity to speak of out in Halifax. I spooked one Wison's Snipe, and, surprisingly, a Ring-necked Pheasant tom that managed to survive hunting season (he was too fast for me—bolted into the brush before I could raise the camera.
