Lot's of wisdom there about intentional space. Like not having 14,000 emails in your inbox or 28 tabs open or meetings back to back or eating six scoops of ice cream immediately after dinner.
Not to mention cramming all of chapter one into week one and 49 t/f questions one after another or 81 slides in the frickin' slide deck or rambling on about each of them without pause.
It's can be opener out there.
